Welcome to Mystical Auctions. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any auction.

2. Account Registration

To participate in auctions, you must register using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account

3. Bidding Rules

By placing a bid, you agree to:

  • Each bid is a binding commitment to purchase the item at that price
  • Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed
  • The minimum bid increment is $1
  • If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends, you are obligated to complete the purchase

4. Payment Terms

Winning bidders must complete payment within 7 days of auction end. Accepted payment methods and instructions will be provided in the winning notification email.

5. Item Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items. However:

  • Items are sold "as is" based on the provided description and images
  • Metaphysical properties are based on traditional beliefs and are not guaranteed
  • Authentication documents are provided when available

6. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items will be shipped via insured carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping after handover to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of metaphysical items, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item significantly differs from the description. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Manipulate bidding through shill bidding or bid shielding
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Interfere with other users' ability to bid
  • Use automated systems to place bids

9. Limitation of Liability

Mystical Auctions acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any claims regarding the authenticity, quality, or metaphysical properties of items sold.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
