🚀 Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Simply click "Login to Bid" and enter your email address. We'll send you a verification code - no password needed! Once verified, your account is created automatically.

Why don't you use passwords?

Email-based authentication (magic links/OTP) is actually more secure than passwords. It eliminates the risk of password theft, reuse, or weak passwords. Each login requires access to your email, adding an extra layer of security.

Is my email address shared with others?

No. Your email is kept private and only used for authentication and notifications. Bid history shows anonymized emails (e.g., co***@***.com) to protect your privacy.

🎯 Bidding

How does bidding work?

Each bid increases the current price by exactly $1. Simply click the "Place Bid" button to become the highest bidder. The person with the highest bid when the auction ends wins the item.

Can I withdraw my bid?

No, all bids are final and binding. Please ensure you're willing to purchase an item before bidding.

What is anti-sniping protection?

If a bid is placed in the final minute of an auction, the auction is automatically extended by 5 minutes. This gives other bidders a fair chance to respond and prevents last-second "sniping."

What is a reserve price?

Some auctions have a reserve (base) price - the minimum amount the seller will accept. If the highest bid doesn't meet the reserve when the auction ends, the item may not be sold.

What happens when I win?

You'll receive an email with congratulations and payment instructions. You'll have 7 days to complete payment. A unique transaction token is included for your reference.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods vary and will be specified in your winning notification email. Common methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.

What if I don't pay?

Non-payment may result in account suspension, negative feedback, and potential legal action for breach of contract. Please only bid if you intend to pay.
