This policy explains the conditions under which an order may be cancelled. Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase of sacred items.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
How to Cancel
Contact info@yain.com immediately with your Order Number. Requests are processed in the order they are received.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following cannot be cancelled once processing has begun:
- Orders that have already been handed to the courier.
- Customized items or special ritual preparations.
- Orders requiring third-party authentication services.
Refunds After Cancellation
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that credit card processing fees from the original transaction may be non-refundable depending on the provider.
Administrative Rights
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud. In these instances, a full refund will be issued immediately.
